Clinical Observation on 38 cases of Chronic Uric Acid Nephropathy Treated by Invigorating the Spleen and Kidney and Promoting Blood Flow and Diminishing Turbid

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of HuoxueXiezhuo activating blood circulation and dispelling turbid decoction in treating chronic uric acid nephropathy CUAN . Methods Sixty.eight patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.The control group was administered with allopurinol on the background of basic treatment.The treatment group was administered with HuoxueXiezhuo decoction imposed on the same treatment as in control group.Clinical curative effect was observed after three months. Result The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.11% and that of control group was 63.33%.There was obviously difference P0.05 in the total effective rate between treatment and control group.The urinary albumin in twenty.four hours,BUA,BUN,Scr,blood fat and haemorheology,etc were improved at different extent P0.05,P0.01 . Conclusion HuoxueXioezhuo decoction may reduce the blood uric acid and improve the kidney function,blood fat metabolism and blood hyper.coagulation state.The treatment group may effectively inhibit the disease progression.
