Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between cervical carcinoma and infection of Human papillomavirus type-16 and 18.Methods:HPV expression in the secretion of cervical cancer, chronic cervicitis or normal cervical is detected by fluorescence polymerase chain reaction diagnostic kit. Results:The total positive rate of HPV-16,18 in the secretion of cervical cancer, chronic cervicitis or normal cervical are 59.1%, 20.0%,0% respectively. The difference is markedly significant. And the difference of HPV positive rate between CIN-Ⅲand cervical cancer (stageⅠ~Ⅲ) is also significant. Conclusion:This study indicated that the infection of HPV-16,18 is one of the important factors in the development of cervical carcinoma. Fluorescence polymerase chain reaction diagnostic technic maybe an effective method in detection of HPV-16,18 infection for early cervical carcinoma.
