Abstract
OBJECTIVE To explore the relationship between human papilloma viras(HPV)16,18 with early dysplasia and cervical carcinoma by examining the HPV16,18 infection in early cervical dysplasia and cervical carcinoma.METHODS All specimens were detected for HPV16,18 DNA using techniques of fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(FQ-PCR).The pathological changes were graded based on cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.(CIN) criteria CINⅡ-Ⅲ were the early cervical dysplasia of cervical cancer.RESULTS The cervical tissue HPV16,18 infection rate of CINⅡ-Ⅲ patients was 71.4%.The positive rate of HPV16,18 in cervical cancer patients was 91.8%.Comparing CINⅠ with chronic cervicitis,the detecting rate of HPV16,18 was without significant difference(χ2=1.16,P0.05).While there were significant differences when comparing CINⅠwith CINⅡ-Ⅲ(χ2=14.97,P0.01) and CINⅡ-Ⅲ with cervical carcinoma(χ2=6.04,P0.05).CONCLUSIONS The development of cervical carcinoma and early cervical dysplasia is associated with an increased risk of HPV16,18 infection.The detection of high-risk HPV16,18 DNA provides application value for the prognosis and therapy of cervical carcinoma.
