Abstract
With the influence of globalization,China's enterprises became more aware of establishing and perfecting modern enterprise system.Our analysis on technological innovation's influence' on economy,the construction of modern enterprise system and harmonious relation between laborers and enterprise' social responsibility in building harmonious society is helpful to concerning enterprises,scholars and governments.
