Abstract
In the modern socialist harmonious society, the social responsibility is each society person, the social enterprise should fulfill the duty, simultaneously also has the right. This paper analyzes the basic factor of corporate social responsibility, the contractual relationship between enterprises and society, and puts forward the social responsibility of the enterprise under the condition of economic globalization.
