Path of Optimization of Specialty Structure in Higher Vocational Education Based on the Background of Industrial Upgrading

Industrial transformation and upgrading have a profound influence on the development of higher vocational education, with the pace of industrial restructuring accelerating and the contradiction of lack of high skill talents, becoming more prominent. Through analyzing the existing problems of specialty structure in higher vocational education, the measures of specialty structure optimization are put forward: adapting to the industrial structure, increasing support for higher vocational colleges, construction of regional higher vocational college alliance, and enhancing graduates tracking survey, to adjust specialty structure and promote its optimization based on the background of industrial upgrading.
