Research of Specialty Arrangement Adapted to the Industrial Structure Adjustment

It is important to adapt the specialty structure of higher vocational education to employment change of three major industries for the development of China's economic society and higher vocational education.Higher vocational college should establish and adjust specialty according to the development of economic society,analyze the human resource needs caused by the local industrial structure adjustment and regard the optimization of specialty structure as an important measure for improving the quality of talent training.In addition,it should formulate specialty structure on the principles of demand trend,appropriate scale and sustainable development to improve the quality of talent training.
