Analysis on Specialty Structure of Higher Vocational Education in Tianjin under the Context of Industrial Transferring and Upgrading

As a base for cultivating various high-skilled talents,higher vocational schools,in the face of industrial development as well as transferring and upgrading,should review the specialty layout and function improvement of higher vocational education from the perspective of specialty construction serving the industrial development.Therefore,it is imperative for the higher vocational schools in Tianjin to follow the school-running rules of vocational education,set up specialty in line with industrial development under government's plan,take collectivization and federation development road to effectively serve regional industrial transferring and upgrading.
