Clinical Application of Detecting Pres1ag in Hepatitis B Virus

Abstract

Objective To investigate the correlation of HBV-DNA,HBeAg with HBV pre-S1 antigen.Methods For the 168 HBV-DNA positive patients and 50 health controls,HBV pre-S1 antigen and HBV-makers were measured by ELISA and HBV-DNA by fluorescence quantitative PCR.The correlation between HBV pre-S1 and HBV-DNA was analyzed.Results In 168 HBsAg positive cases,the positive rate of HBeAg and HBV pre-S1 antigen were 57.1%,76.7% respectively.The difference between positive rate of Pre-S1 and HBV-DNA was not significant(P0.05).In 96 HBeAg positive cases,the positive rate of HBV pre-S1 antigen was 93.7%,the positive rate of HBV-DNA was 94.8%;there was no statistical difference between the positive rate of the two indexes.Conclusion HBV pre S1 antigen was consistent with HBV-DNA,they can be used as sensitive markers reflecting the replication of hepatitis B virus in clinical work.
