Expression of The TNF-α In Nasalpolyps

Abstract

Objective:To study the expression of TNF-α in nasal polyps of the sinusitis patients.Methods: Detecting TNF-α in nasal polyps from 55 patients and middle turbinate from 11 controls.Results: The statistical analysis showed that TNF-α expression of nasal polyps was significantly higher than that of the controls(P 0.01).Conclusion : The study demonstrated that there are a high expression in nasal polyps microenvironment,and TFN-α play an important role in the cause and pathological changes of nasal polyps.
