Abstract

For determination of lead content in tea,Tea samples were digested by mixed acid of HNO3 and HClO4,and lead in them was determined by Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry. The instrument conditions and hydride generation conditions were tested. The method′s detection limit of Pb was 0.021 ng/mL,the relative standard deviation was 3.12% and 3.69%.Linear equation was y=52.724x+104.094,and the correlation coefficient was R2 =0.999 2.
