Abstract

The amount of Lead in tea was determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Under the optimized analytical conditions, the relative standard deviation is 0.68% with the recovery of 104%. The method was applied to the determination in real tea sample and the standard substance(GBW08505) with satisfying results compared with GF-AAS.
