Abstract
A new method for analyzing the trace lead in tea by the Atomic fluorescence spectrometry was developed. The reagents on the fluorescence intensity in the hydride generation system was studied, and it was identified that the optimal concentrations of reagents and experimental conditions. The fluorescence intensity of them had good linear relationship with their concentrations in the range of 0-10.0 ng·mL-1,linear regression equation was If=318.13 C+22.28.Determination of actual samples, the RSD was 4.7%,the recoveries were between 97%-101%.The results of lead in Green tea,Pu'er tea and ball tea were 1.41,1.61 and 1.68 mg·kg-1 respectively. This method is simple,hishly-sensitive and suitable for the rapid analysis of a large number of samples.
