Analysis on Relationship Between General Land Use Planning and Land-use Plan,the Existing Problems and Countermeasures

Using the methods of comparative analysis and comprehensive analysis,the difference and relationship between general land use planning and land-use plan were elucidated from the theoretical level.On the basis of briefly summarying compilation and implementation situation of general land use planning and land-use plan in China,the problems which existed in compilation and implementation situation of general land use planning and land-use plan were analyzed,then the corresponding countermeasures were also put forward.
