Study on the Implementation and Management of Land Use Planning

Study on implementation management of land use plan is the brighdight point in the new circle land planning. Through analysis on the problems and difficulties in the implementation of the plan,compared with domestic and international land use planning,referred to the theories and practices of land use planning implementation of other countries,the countermeasures and suggestions for carrying out land use planning and its support measures were put forward in this paper.On the basis of carrying out implementation and management of land use planning, some suggestions from four aspects are put forward,such as the references from foreign countries,the role of local government,public participation and economic countermeasures.
