Abstract

The reform in sci-tech management is an important part of the reform in.sci-tech system. From the 1980s, Xinjiang Province explored and carried out the reform the management of sci-tech in many respects. The paper introduced the reform in sci-tech management focusing on sci-tech macromanagement, sci-tech program management, fund management, personnel management. And the paper proposed some suggestions of the sci-tech management in Xinjiang.
