Abstract

In the light of such a situation of Shanxi's sci-tech work that the sci-tech development level is lower,and the transformation rate,transformation benefit and the contribution to economic development of scientific research achievements are lower,this paper puts forward some targeted countermeasures and suggestions on promoting the transformation of scientific research achievements in Shanxi Province from the perspective of sci-tech innovation.
