Research on the Development Strategy of Shanxi's Sci-tech Journals

Based on the investigation of the publishing form, personnel education background,competitive advantage and operation situation of Shanxi's sci-tech journals, this paper deeply analyzes some main problems existing currently in Shanxi's sci-tech journals, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on promoting the development of Shanxi's sci-tech journals such as accelerating the the integration of newspaper and journal resources,making effective use of digital resources of sci-tech journals, perfecting the human resource management system of journals, and improving the market competitiveness of sci-tech journals, etc.
