The 17th CPC National Congress set a higher request for All-round Construction of Well-off Society,this great goal will be realized depend on deeply carrying out and implementing the scientific concept on development,fundamentally transforming the economic development growth mode,and advancing the sound and fast social economic development.During the lateEleventh Five-year Planperiod,social development and scientific concept on development should focus on maintaining national economy stable and coordinated;strengthening energy-saving policy,self-innovation ability,regional coordinated development and improving prople's livelihood.
