Abstract
The scientific concept of development is a great contribution to the concept on the executive power of the Party. Upholding and implementing the scientific concept of development is an important guarantee for improving the executive power of the Party because it will determine the way, the model and strategy of development and exert great and overall influence on our development. Thus, implementing the scientific concept of development relies on the overall innovation of the ideological and working methods of the leaders.
