Abstract
By enriching culture, hydrolysis ring,9 xylanase producing strains were screened from the soil on which corncobs piled for a long time.A high-yield xylanase producing strain was selected, whose characteristics were studied and with which enzymes were produced by fermentation. Results show that xylanase enzyme activity was high;it was 13.68 U/mL when temperature was at 28~30℃,original pH value about 5.0,turning speed 150 r/min,and time 48 h.Xylanase produced was heat1-resisting,its enzyme activity reserving 60.82 after 120 mins undertemperature 60℃.Its optimal temperature and pH value were 53℃ and pH 5.3 respectively.
