Screening and Utilization of Wild Ornamental Plant Resources in Liancheng County,Fujian Province

According to the survey,there are 61 kinds of wild ornamental plants in Liancheng County,Fujian Province,including 44 kinds of arbors and shrubs and 17 kinds of ground lianas.Based on the ornamental value of wild ornamental plants,16 dominant species of arbors and shrubs and 6 dominant species of ground lianas,which are all of high ornamental value,were selected.Then,the properties and characteristics,and the flowers and fruits characteristics,of the 22 dominant species were described,and their application value and configuration form were also analyzed.In addition,for the requirement of establishing eco-tourism vacation city,some countermeasures about developing wild ornamental flowers and promoting sustainable development of landscape ecological construction were proposed.
