Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of phacoemulsification and foldable lens through a clear corneal incision. Methods Thirty-seven patients(43 eyes)with cataract after glaucoma surgery under went phacoemulsification and foldable lens implantation through a clear corneal tunnel incision The postoperative visual acuity intraocular pressure(IOP),filtering bleb were observe. Results Follow up 3~6 months the visual acuity of all the eyes were improved after surgery,There were no change in IOP and filtering bleb. Conclusions The phacoemulsification and foldable lens implantaton through a clear corneal tunnel incision is convenient and effective for cataract after glaucoma surgery.
