Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of non-phacoemulsification and lens through a clear corneal micro incision. Methods 26 patients(31 eyes) with cataract after glaucoma surgery were performed non-phacoemulsification and lens implantation through a clear corneal tunnel micro incision. The postoperative visual acuity intraocular pressure(IOP),filtering bleb were observed. Results The patients were followed up 3-6 months, the visual acuity of all the eyes were improved after surgery. There were no change in IOP and filtering bleb. Conclusion The non-phacoemulsification and lens implantation through a clear corneal tunnel micro incision was convenient and effective for catareat after glaucoma surgery.
