Wild Investigation to Plant Resource of Shanshan in Xinjiang

Abstract
About 48 families,177genera,and 296 species,2 sub-species and 1 variaties wild plants were recorded in Shanshan.Among these plants,there were 289 species wild resources plants,which belong to 39 families and 168 genera.The main wild plant resource includes 28 species of edible plants,22 species of nectar source plants,95 species of medicinal plants,208 species of forage plants,68 species of wild ornamental plants,34 species of industrial plants,7 species of fiber plants,5 species of fertilizered plants and 7 species of poisonous plants.
