Abstract

People have various opinions on the concept of natural resources. In this paper, on the basis of summary and analysis, the author put forward that the conatation of natural resources has close contact with the development of natural process, people's needs, cultural background and scientific technique, and has natural property, economic property and social property. To understand the meaning and characteristics of natural resources correctly is very important to the continued development.
