Abstract
ParpOse To evaluate CT scanning in the diagnosis of the fracture of mdeial orbital wall. Materials and Methods CT firdings in 66 patients(50 males and 16 females)with fracture of medial orbital wall were retospectirely andlyzde. Axial scanning was performed in all cases, axial plas ccronal scanning in 10cases. Result The fracture was located at orbital medial margin in one case,at body of sphenoid in one case,at ethmoidal orbital lamina in 63 c.ases, and at other locations in addition in 20 cases. Conclusion CT scanning can well demonstrate the anatomy of medial orbitalwall and precisely display, the dinect and indinect digns o the fracture of medial orbital wall as well as its complications.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
