Abstract

The eight trace elements in the eremurus chinensis, including K,Na,Ca,Mn,Cu,Fe,Zn and Mg were determined simultaneously by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The contents of trace elements are Ca 597.4μg·g-1,Na 273.3μg·g-1,Mg 220.4μg·g-1,Fe 143.8μg·g-1,Mn 107.4μg·g-1,Zn 53.7μg·g-1,K 53.7μg·g-1,Cu 17.1μg·g-1,respectively.The recovery of the method is 98.5%—103.0%,and the relative standard deviation is 0.26%—2.23%,respectively.The method was simple and accuracy.
