Abstract

Object:In this paper, the content of Ca,Mg,Fe,Cu,Mn and Zn trace elements in Galla chinensis had been determined by flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry.Method:FAAS was used to determine the contents of Ca,Mg,Zn,Cu,Fe,Mn,Cr,Ni in the Galla chinensis. The samples were digested with HNO3-HClO4 at 250 ℃ under normal pressure. In the meantime, the accuracy and precision on the results were studied. Results:For all of the analyzed metals, the correlative coefficient of the calibration curves was over 0.998 2.The recovery was 96.0%~109.8% with RSD of less 4.70%.The concentration order of trace elements in Galla chinensis is:CaMgFeZnMnCu.Conclusion:The results showed that there were relatively rich Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu in Galla chinensis. The data provides the new scientific evidences for the further studies and comprehensive utilization of Galla chinensis.
