International Comparison Of The Scope And Compensation System Of Land Requisition And Its Revelation

Abstract

Characteristics of public interest and compensation are the most important tributes of land requisition system. We should refer to the international general practices in land requisition, strictly restricting the public interest extension,establishing a reasonable compensation and allocation system,standardizing the incumbent main body, thus promoting the reform of land requisition system in China.
