On Public Interest and Improvement of Relevant System of Land Requisition

Beginning with the problem of land requisition, the article makes a deep analysis on the systemic judgment. Then, the author gives the general explanation of public interest and from this basis, with the legal regulation of other countries and areas, defines the public interest in our land requisition. Furthermore, it probes completely into the land requisition and improves system of the land requisition.
