Facing WTO to Develop China's Economic Law

Abstract

WTO brings many conflicts to the development of China's economic law, which are caused by the difference in the development of market e conomy,ideology,and the pattern of the advancement of law.The author discusses t he opportunity and challenge from WTO,the reconstruction of the relation between law and economy,law and policy,and the inner-relation of economic law.
