Abstract

With the end of the negotiation between the US and China, the time for China to join the WTO is nearby. How to use the opportunity is an important issue. The aim of the WTO is the liberalization of the international economy. The liberalization of the economy is to reduce the existing power of the administration. Attending WTO will have important impact on the economy and the legal system in China. The core of the change is on how to deal with the relation between the market and the government.
