WTO Regulations and Development and Perfection of Economic Law of China

Abstract

WTO regulations promote further combination of economic and legal system between China and the world. Economic jurisprudence is a new and developing subject in legal science and economic law is a developing subject in China. The essence and function of economic law must be considered again, the frame and system of economic law and the protection of economic and legal relations must be reconfirmed. China's entry into WTO has set higher demands for the talent of economic jurisprudence.
