Abstract
By using the method of single factor and orthogonal designs, the optimal liquid-fermentation conditions in Pleurotus eryngii have been obtained. The results show that the best carbon source is glucose, the best nitrogen source is yeast extract.Consequently, the optimal culture medium component:4.0% glucose,0.4% yeast extract,0.25% KH2PO4,0.06% MgSO4·7H2O,0.004%VB.Furthermore,we found that the optimum culture condition was as follows:culture temperature 25 ℃,pH 6.0,inoculation quantity 6%,shaking frequency 150 r/min,100 mL medium in 250 mL shaking flask,7 days incubation time, and the mycelium yield was 1.134 g/100 mL.
