Abstract
The effect of different media, carbon and nitrogen sources, pH and temperature on mycelium growth of Pleurotus eryngii was studied in this paper. The results showed that corn starch was the best carbon source, peptone was the best nitrogen source and the optimal composition of the medium was 2% corn starch, 1% peptone, 0.3% KH_2PO_4 and 0.05% MgSO_4. The optimum temperature was 25℃.The optimum pH was between 5.5~6.5.
