Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of psychological nursing intervention for patients with cerebral infarction treatment compliance behavior and quality of life.Methods The 74 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the psychological care group with 38 cases and the usual care group with 36 cases,which were followed for six months.Observe and compare the two groups of patients before and after the compliance behavior and quality of life of change.Results 6 months after treatment,the compliance behavior of the psychological care group was significantly higher than the usual care group.The individual score and total score of quality of life evaluation form between the two groups of patients before treatment was no significant difference.6 months after treatment,the individual score and total score of quality of life evaluation form between the two groups of patients were significantly decreased,and psychological care group decreased the rate lower than the usual care group.Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can significantly enhance compliance behavior of patients with cerebral infarction,improve efficacy,and improve the quality of life.
