Abstract
After a tunnel is excavated, the stress distribution of high-expansion wall rock should be changed, thus pushing the tunnel structure.Combined with the construction of Sijiaotian Tunnel which is the most formidable in the south-west section of China, the optimized construction technique is introduced here along with the excavation section's choice, initial supporting, secondary supporting and monitoring measurement using NATM.
