Abstract
Objective To investigate the treatment effects and prevention of montelukast in treating of post-bronchiolitis wheeze.Methods These again wheezers of leaving hospital from January 2009 to December 2011 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the control group received regular treatment as inhalation of β2 receptor agonists and cort icosteroids,the treatment group regular treatment and took montelukast 3 months.The clinical symptoms signs of change in one week,and the wheeze in next half year were observed.Results Reject no taking drug and no fllow-up infant.The significant difference of the wheeze subsided time and the incidence of next half year between two groups.Conclusion Montelukast could treat and prevent post-bronchiolitis wheeze.
