The Research of Teacher's Professional Development

As the recognized professional status of teachers,researchers also were concerned about professional development of teachers.In the professional training of teachers,however,training content and methods are unreasonable.Too much emphasis is laid on teachers as researchers neglect the basic knowledge and skills.This thesis argues that we should establish milestones of teacher professional development to build the teachers' professional development needs and the ability of reflection by changing the training model based on educational practice.
