Practice Teachers' Role under the Idea of Teacher Education and Its Enlightenment

Teaching practice is the process of professional development that practice develop from pre-service teachers to teachers.Meanwhile,their experience and reflection could directly affect practice teachers' educational beliefs,professional choice and professional growth.This thesis analyzes the problems of practice teachers' professional growth,as well as their reasons,from the aspect of curriculum design,instructive teachers,role orientation and evaluation system.And it proposes countermeasures for making good environment for practice teachers' professional growth under the view of teachers' professional development.
