Discussion on Spatial Decision Support System for Land Suitability Evaluation

Abstract

Spatial decision support system is a spatial object-oriented decision support system,based on GIS and DSS,which can be applied to resource evaluation.This paper points out a spatial decision support system for land suitability evaluation.The system is made of database system,model storehouse system,method storehouse system,knowledge storehouse system and man-machine interaction surface,and has function of data input and output,query between map and attributes,spatial analysis,decision aid,and so on.The way to establish the system is suggested also.
