Abstract

To promote the application of the evaluation of sustainable urban land-use, a Spatial Decision Support System for Evaluation of Sustainable Urban Land-Use was designed and built. The system integrated GIS to support spatial problems based on the structure of decision support system. The evaluation support model was designed based on Composite design pattern. The methods of evaluation were implemented as dynamic link library. The process of the evaluation was optimized by the system. And the system also implemented the functions for analyzing the spatial structure of land-use distribution. The application of the system shows that the system has significant effects on improving the efficiency, accuracy and reliability of the evaluation.
