Abstract
Objective To establish a rutaecarpine for determination of synephrine, evodiamine and rutaecarpine in Fructus Evodiae.Method The samples were prepared by methanol sonication, and the acenitrile-2% acetate acid(containing 0.03% SDS) was mobile phase with gradient dilution, and 260 nm was the detection wavelength. Results The resolution for synephrine, evodiamine and rutaecarpine was optimum.Their mean recoveries were 101.4%,97.6% and 98.5% respectively, and RSD were 3.1%、1.6%和 1.3%(n=6) respectively. Conclusions The method is suitable to measure synephrine, evodiamine and rutaecarpine in Fructus Evodiae and provides the quality control of Fructus Evodiae.
