Abstract
Objective:To study the complex enzymatic extraction of young persimmon fruit drop of flavonoids in optimal conditions. Methods:Taking the extraction rate as targets, the optimum process conditions were determined by the single factor and orthogonal tests. Results:The combined enzymatic extraction of flavonoids from green persimmon conditions:Hydrolysis temperature 50℃,pH3.5 enzyme hydrolyzed for 3h,pectinase enzyme dosage 2mg+2mg cellulose, the yield of green persimmon flavonoids was 4.02%.Conclusion:The enzymatic hydrolysis extraction of young persimmon fruit drop flavonoids was simple, and greatly increased the extraction rate than the general rate of extraction for extracting 24.5%,higher than a single enzymatic extraction of 14.3%.
