Abstract

Teaching effect evaluation,which can be also called teaching quality appraising,is an important part of the whole appraisals in teaching.It′s a scientific,fair and objective way to appraise teacher′s teaching quality.It can help us know much more about the teaching and improve teaching quality.And it′s also a way according with the laws of education. This article analyses the problems in evaluating system and puts forward some improving strategies.
