Reflection on College Teachers' Teaching Quality Evaluation

Abstract

This paper reveals the problems in college teaching quality evaluation,analyzes the causes,and explores the improvement measures,so as to establish objective and impartial teaching quality evaluation model,help teachers to diagnose and find out the problems in teaching,provide effective feedback information for teachers' development and improving teaching,and help to realize the motivation of teachers' initiative,improvement of teaching methods and teaching quality,and the promotion of teachers' professional growth.
