The influence of Fuyankang on expression level of serum TNF-α, IL-1β,TGF- β_1,IL-8 in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory

Objective To explore the influence of Fuyankang on the expression level of serum serum TNF-α, IL-1β,transforming growth factor-β1(TGF- β1),IL-8 in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory. Methods 200 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory in our hospital from September 2011 to September 2013 were selected and they were randomly divided into the two groups.The control was given routine antibiotic treatment and the observation group was given Fuyankang treatment on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect and the changes of serum inflammatory factors of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After treatmet,The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P0.05);the improvement of clinical symptoms and physical signs in the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group(P0.05 or P0.01);the level of serum inflammatory factors in the two groups showed significant change after treatment,but the extent of the observation group was obviouser than the control group(P0.05 or P0.01). Conclusion Fuyankang has greater effect on expression level of serum TNF-α,IL-1β,TGF- β1and IL-8 in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory.
