Effect of Promoting Blood Circulation Combined with WesternMedicine in Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease and the Influence on Inflammatory Factors

Objective: To investigate the effect of promoting blood circulation combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and its influence on serum inflammatory factors,interleukin-2( IL-2),interleukin-4,interleukin( IL-4)-10( IL-10) and tumor necrosis factor alpha( TNF-α). Method: 78 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease cured in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were analyzed retrospectively,and divided into two groups randomly,39 cases in each group,patients in the control group were treated with 0.9% metronidazole infusion,250 m L for once a day,30 days as one course of treatment; observation group were treated with blood activating based on the control group,abdominal external application of twice a day,continued 30 min,30 days for one course of treatment. Changes of serum IL-2,IL-4,IL-10 and TNF- α levels in the two groups before and after treatment,evaluation and clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions were observed. Result: After 30 days treatment,the clinical total effective rate of observation group was 92.31%,which was higher than that in control group 71.79%,( χ2= 5.571,P 0.05); clinical symptoms( leucorrhea,uterine tenderness and pelvic effusion) of patients in two groups were decreased significantly after treatment,the observation group was better than that of the control group( χ2= 3.852,6.221,5.278 P 0.05),serum IL-2,IL-4,IL-10 and TNF- αlevels were significantly improved compared with before treatment,the observation group improved significantly better than the control group( t = 3.771,2.564,2.103,4.428,P 0.05); the control group and the observation group adverse reactions occurred in 3 cases( 7.69%) and 6 cases( 15.38%),the symptom was lighter,the adverse reaction of drugs of two groups rate had no significant difference( χ2= 1.130,P 0.05).Conclusion: Blood circulation promoting method combined with western medicine has good curative effect and safety,significantly increase serum IL-2,IL-4,IL-10; decrease TNF- α level and inhibition inflammatory factor.
