Abstract
Combined with several years' experiences in practice, in view of the trend to carry out low-cost management in internal management in construction enterprises,from three aspects: construction preparation stage,construction procedure and final financial account stage practical cost control methods and ways are elaborated,in order to increase economic benefits for construction enterprises.
